What's more interesting is the source. It is now widely known that Welsh Ramblings is run by Plaid staffers in Cardiff Bay, and possibly also by Plaid workers at Party HQ.
This leaves one question: Is Plaid Cymru actively working to undermine its alliance with Labour
by seeking to destablise the Welsh Secretary?
Haven't Labour Party staffers learned their lessons from the recent 'smeargate' incidents?

If only the Plaid staff bloggers had such self-awareness we'd all be better off.
ReplyDeleteSelf awareness? He was pressurised into apologising by a newspaper. Self awareness would be to keep offensive football chants to yourself and not broadcast them at a time when people are mourning loved ones

ReplyDeleteWelsh Blog Watch is supposed to watch Welsh blogs. So far it's mostly watched Welsh Ramblings and Free Speech Wales (it's watch site).
It's quite obviously a Labour staffers response to WR's smears.
Either Marcus or David T would be my guess.

ReplyDeleteI would guess it is because Ramblings is a) regularly updated, b) woeful and therefore an easy target and c) run by publicly paid Plaid staffers.

PS (c) is a tad ironic considering Labour staffers and their 'ownership' of attack blogs.
